To participate in the competition, applicants must fill out the online form below, as well as provide data by email info@the-axl.com the following data:
- Legal name of the organization
- Number of employees
- Documents on registration of a legal entity
- Description of the project and its innovation in the field of EdTech
- Investment potential or a short business plan for the development of the project
In each of the 11 nominations the winner will be determined by online voting and an independent expert assessment following the criteria:

How’s the award procedure going?
All nominees are invited to the grand prize at the high-end venue in Bali on March 12th.
How the winners of each award are selected?
The shortlist is announced in January and will be open to public vote until the end of February.
When and where the winners of each category will be announced?
The winners of each award will be announced at the awards ceremony in Bali in March 2022Finalists will be invited to attend and winners will be given their awards during the ceremony. Winners will also be announced on our Twitter and Instagram account and later on our website, for anyone unable to attend the ceremony.
What happens if I win an award?

CONTEST DECISION
Based on the results of the accepted applications, the jury members form 5 finalists for each of the 11 nominations. The finalists will be invited to the Gala dinner and Awards Event.
30 day-long competition consists of two stages: day 1 - live presentation of the project and voting by the jury, day 2 - open online voting. According to the sum of points and the protocol of nominations, the only winner is announced in each of the 11 nominations.
